Ball Mastery: This is the foundation of all soccer. One player, one ball. Repetition of ball control exercises with both feet, always challenging the player to perform more successful repetitions in a given time or space.
Passing & Receiving: Exercises and games to improve first touch and to encourage accurate and creative passing. Moves 1 vs. 1: Exercises and games that teach individual moves and feints to beat an oppenent to the goal or to create time and space against defenders. Speed: Exercises and games to improve agility, acceleration and power with and without the ball Finishing: Exercise and games that improve striking the ball and to encourage instinctive play around the goal. Group Attack: Exercises and games to improve small group play with an emphasis on fast break attack.
